- 1 3oz pkg dark cherry jello
- 1 can dark sweet cherries
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 1 cup cold water
- Drain the cherries, oranges and pineapple reserving 1 1/2 cups.
- In saucepan add the juice and jello and bring to boil to dissolve the jello.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cold water.
- Put in fridge or freezer to cool down and start to thicken.
- Remove and gently fold in the fruit and nuts. At this time you can spray a Bundt pan or jello mold and spoon it in. Refrigerate until solid.
- Flip upside down on platter and serve.
