    • 1 3oz pkg dark cherry jello
    • 1 can dark sweet cherries
    • 1 can mandarin oranges
    • 1 can crushed pineapple
    • 1 cup fresh blueberries
    • 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
    • 1 cup cold water
    1. Drain the cherries, oranges and pineapple reserving 1 1/2 cups.
    2. In saucepan add the juice and jello and bring to boil to dissolve the jello.
    3. Remove from heat and stir in the cold water.
    4. Put in fridge or freezer to cool down and start to thicken.
    5. Remove and gently fold in the fruit and nuts. At this time you can spray a Bundt pan or jello mold and spoon it in. Refrigerate until solid.
    6. Flip upside down on platter and serve.
