    Tonight for the priests I made them Taco Soup, Mexican Cornbread and Salad for dinner.

    • 2 lbs hamburger meat
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
    • 2 tbsp tomato paste
    • 1 can (28 oz) tomato sauce
    • 1 can Rotel
    • 1 qt beef stock
    • 2 cups water
    • Cumin
    • Garlic
    • Oregano
    • Smoked paprika
    • Chili powder
    • Black pepper
    • Salt
    • Lime juice
    • 1/2 cup green salsa

    Brown the meat, drain grease. Add onion and jalapeño and tomato paste. Cook until onions are soft. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, turn down and simmer. Taste and adjust your flavors.
